So now my little boy is in the three year old class. He's not the baby at the school anymore. He was not so excited about school before we arrived. He made me carry him into the class but then it was all over. He saw the toys... he saw "dose kids"... he saw his cubby hole... he never looked back! I am so proud that he is well adjusted and secure enough to go into a new environment and quickly get comfortable. Lots of kids were crying, which is totally normal and understandable (I as always that kid) but I was thankful that my child wasn't one of them (this time). I am not patting myself on the back that my child didn't cry... believe me, I think I just got lucky that he has that type of personality.
Despite my 100 question, he didn't say much about school. He said it was fun and he played on the playground with his friends. That's about the extent of it. His teacher is stuck in the Gulf of Mexico on a cruise ship but his assistant said he was really good. Amy also said he had a good day so I am pleased! I hope this year is as good for him as last year was...
