except Lennox!
Yesterday Lennox was especially tired after Colt's birthday party but it was too late for a nap and too early for bed. I was trying hard to keep him entertained but he had several meltdowns anyway. Have I mentioned that he's a hitter? (kidding) Well, something didn't go his way so I got a good whack on the head. I put him in the corner and after several rounds of mama vs. Lennox, his timeout was complete. About 10 minutes later, Lennox decided he would try to hit me again. I grabbed his arm and sternly said, "Do you want to go to the corner? Do you like time out?!" He promptly threw himself on the ground, swatted the air, got up and ran to the corner, and threw himself down. He yelled a loud fake cry like he was just so disgusted and outdone with me and the corner! ha. It was so funny I couldn't help but laugh. I wish I had that one on video. What kind of kid puts their self in the corner?!!

In our house the girls have to sit on the bottom stair for punishment. If Li gets punished (happens a lot), MM goes sit with her. I know I shouldn't let her b/c Li is punished but it's just so cute.
You know, that's funny, b/c Colt went thru a lil stage of putting himself in the corner. But, it wasn't even when he was in trouble. He would just randomly go to the corner and stand really still and then fake cry. Then, he would turn around and smile....I think he was just mocking what he saw at daycare! Girl, Lennox is too funny! He keeps you on your toes (and with your gloves in front of your face!!) Maybe he's gonna be a professional boxer ;)
