Christmas morning was really fun. My parents and Jay's parents were here when Lennox woke up. I actually had to wake him up and he jumped out of bed. When he came in the living room he was a little upset. I think when I said "Santa is coming" I did him a great injustice by failing to mention that Santa is not staying... he is coming while you sleep and then leaving. Although Lennox was disappointed not to see Santa in the living room, all disappointment quickly faded when he realized there were toys!

The main thing Lennox wanted from Santa was a crane with a "claw." He also wanted a train and a horn. He got all of those things but the things he loved most were far less expensive (a good lesson for me). He loved the shaving cream for the shower, his scissors, and a $2 harmonica! He has actually played ALOT with everything he got... musical instruments, crafts, art supplies, Buzz Lightyear, etc.

On a side note, I was at the Christmas Eve festivities and I was there on Christmas day. There is not one single photo of me at either event... not one single photo of me in the background even. There isn't even a photo of me the whole holiday... including our trip to Texas!? I would not normally like having photos taken of myself but I do want my children to know (when I'm not around) that I was there every step of the way. Oh well. I guess they will be smart enough to figure out someone had to take the pictures.
